In a dish, thoroughly mix a scoop of your preferred protein powder with ½ cup of plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt. (I prefer
to select protein powders that have a minimum of thirty grams of protein each serving.) Assemble the last of the ingredients: ½ cup
walnuts, ½ cup raspberries, and ½ tablespoon honey. Starting with a layer of the Greek yogurt
mixture, start arranging the ingredients in a serving glass or dish. Top the yogurt with a layer
of raspberries, then a scattering of chopped walnuts and a drizzle of honey. Once you get to the top
of the glass or bowl, keep layering until you have a final layer of berries and almonds on top
